A comprehensive health and wellness program was conducted for the older adult inmates, focusing on assessing and improving their overall health and well-being. During the program, the health conditions of all participants were thoroughly examined, and existing health problems were identified. Necessary medicines and personalized medical advice were provided to help improve their health conditions. In addition to medical care, participants received Ayurvedic therapies, including head massage, foot massage, back massage, and joint therapy, administered as required to enhance physical comfort and mobility. To further educate and empower the participants, a special booklet on managing common health problems in older adults was distributed, offering guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventive care measures.
