The program included lectures on how yoga helps reduce stress by lowering stress hormones, calming the nervous system, reducing muscle tension, boosting mood and overall well-being, improving sleep quality, and enhancing mindfulness.
Following the lectures, a practical session was conducted covering physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation exercises.
Through these activities, participants were encouraged to reduce stress and improve their mental health by incorporating yoga practices into their daily routines.
In addition, a special leaflet containing information on yoga techniques and mental health tips was prepared and distributed to all participants to reinforce the key learnings from the session.
