Galupura Central started a six-month course for young women to empower them in learning the correct and the standard way of doing cakes, pastry and puddings to match the hotel industry. The lessons are delivered twice a week 8 lessons for the month. They cover 36 hours for a month.
In October they made banana cake, moose, fruit gateau and bakery items
For the four lessons delivered the following cost is covered
1. Ingredients for food - Rs 120,000
2. Allowance for the chef - Rs 40,000
3. Utility - Rs. 10,000
