As per the vision of Governor 306 D 8, with the aim of empowering women economically and making Sri Lankan women part of the economy, a ceremony to distribute certificates, prizes and equipment kits to women who completed the “Liyata Saviya Women's Empowerment and Home Economics Development Training Course” was held on 15th July 2025 at 1030 hrs at the Bodhimalu Temple at Kurunduwatta, Galle. Organized by – Lions Club of Galle Diamond Participants - District Convention Secretary, Lion Prasad Kohomban MJF, MAF Region 3 Region Chairperson, Lion Kapila Kohombange Region 3 Zone 3 Chairperson, Lion Lahiru Munasinghe Galle Diamond Lions Club Chairman Lion KKSG Shantha and all Lion Members Project Chairperson, Lion Jinesh Nanayakkara
